Why should I hire a wedding planner?

Your wedding day is one of the most important and memorable days of your life. Do you really want to be worrying about tablescapes and timelines? 

Working with an experienced wedding planner will allow you to refine your wedding aesthetic and make meaningful design choices. You’ll get access to curated vendor creatives and long-standing working relationships. And, most importantly, you can be fully present on your wedding day with the knowledge that your vision will be executed perfectly.

I take the time to get to know you and your fiancé so we can make design choices that are true to who you are as a couple. (Don’t worry, they’ll look beautiful too!) I will help you find vendors that you feel comfortable with, and that you can trust to execute your vision. My passion is finding the connection between pretty and practical, and helping to guide and educate you to make meaningful choices while planning.

The best part? No more digging through emails to find what you're looking for! It's all right there in your online dashboard.

I am based in Raleigh, North Carolina and plan events across the Southeast! I absolutely love to travel, so name the place, and I’m there.

Do you work with out of town clients?

I sure do! If you’re planning your wedding and you don’t live in the Raleigh area, having a wedding planner will help alleviate so much planning stress. We’ll kick things off by getting to know each other through a phone conversation or video chat! From there, I’ll be your local contact and am happy to attend vendor meetings on your behalf, or arrange meetings for your next visit.

My wedding venue has a venue coordinator. Why do I need a planner too?

A venue coordinator’s sole job is to tend to the venue and they are responsible for maintaining the space before, during and after your event. If your venue has alcohol, food or rentals included, the venue coordinator will also help with logistics pertaining to those items. 

A venue coordinator will not help you visualize and communicate your wedding vision. They won’t spend hours working on your wedding design or color palette. They won’t attend vendor meetings with you, or source the perfect day-of details. 

This is where a wedding planner comes in! Your wedding planner’s sole priority is YOU, not the venue. 

Your wedding planner will work with the venue coordinator and all your other vendors to produce your event and ensure you can be fully present on your wedding day.

Additional services can be contracted at a rate of $75 per hour.
