Nearby cities of Durham and Chapel Hill, North Carolina have a lot to offer when it comes to wedding venues! While these two places offer very different aesthetics and guest experiences, they’re right down the road from each other.
Durham has more of a city feel, with industrial-chic buildings and tons of amazing foodie eats. Chapel Hill on the other hand is a bit more country, with the bulk of the activity happening around the University of North Carolina’s campus and Franklin Street.
While Durham will attract couples coming from big cities near and far, Chapel Hill will attract couples who have a special tie to the location and school.

Durham
The Durham Hotel Mid-century modern at its finest! The Durham Hotel is the place to be in Downtown Durham. With its amazing rooftop bar and mod decor, your guests are sure to be wowed.

Chapel Hill
The Barn of Chapel Hill This modern barn has Joanna Gaines written all over it! The barn is rustic, yet still elegant and clean with its white exterior and gorgeous landscape. With stunning locations both indoors and outdoors, there are tons of possibilities for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
